Pls,can someone tell me how many 5cm passport is needed?

Gudmorning everyone, my interview is 7.30am today.I will like to know what are d exact documents to hand to d VO,when he says "Pass me your documents". should I include my statements of account and d 5cm passport to him.
Also,is there any order to arrange d documents?
pls,I need a quick response before I go in thanks

I am a practicing filmmaker,I attended the European Film College in Denmark 2012/2013 where I did a 9months basic filmmaking course,but I intend doing editing to enhance my work.Currently I have a production company. I wrote,directed and produced two short films in Denmark,a feature length documentary in Nigeria.And,other co-produced movies here in Nigeria
I am married with a son.

Greetings to d gurus in the House. Pls,kindly advise if these documents are all I need to attend d interview with:
1.I-20
2.SEVIS payment receipt
3.visa payment receipt
4.appointment confirmation
5.visa application confirmation
6.Statement of account
7.passport

Secondly, I am a filmmaker,I am taking up a one month digital editing course in a film school in New York Film Academy.I applied to two schools, one in Australia and US,I was admitted to both but I choosed to attend the one in US cos it's shorter in duration.I want to ask if it's advisable to inform the VO on the exact number of schools I applied to,or should I just simply say it's only one since I will be attending d sch in US.
