What school did you graduate from and for how long was your study?

hello,
i'm new here and i'd like someone to please help.
working experience- since 2008, in HR since 2013
bsc- sociology 2007
masters- public admin specialization in human resource and personnel administration 2012

i see its AIM that will evaluate me for the Human Resource Manager role
i have not written exam, female, married, 37
do i stand a chance at all?
