I dropped mine @ Jumia, I gathered that it's samsung that made such error. I later found out from one of these samsung's stores, I saw the dummy of Ace 3 and asked the guy how far, he said the phone is just for promo, not for sale. When you buy a fridge, you will have one...that no samsung store is selling it for now untill next year.

Kennykg, the best thing is to lodge whatever complaint to any of these stores' customer support centre. I did and got timely response from Jumia, they are working on the retrieval and investigation on what went wrong.

Still about this error...I think you should complain to Jumia and get their feedback. I got same error package yesterday evening and I went on fb to write my complaint, now they're working on the retrieval of the product so i could get refund or the real product.
