Please, what is SAP? What is it all about?

@Scantee and fellow noble guys in the forum, please respond to my post.

Hello everybody in the house. I am a new person in the field. Please, I really need direction on how to plan my future. I studied Eng/Mus @ NCE level, but I decided to change my career to Safety Management in Oil and Gas. I have been studying various materials regarding this.
My life is like 'once beaten, twice shy', in order not to miss my step again, I need the urgent advice around.
What are the necessary steps to be taken. Someone told me to go for
1. HSE 1-3 at NISP,
2. Swimming course,
3. Rig safety course, and
4. NEBOSH IGC Oil and Gas.
Are these aforementioned in order or I should just forget about such ambition?
Please, no mincing word. Hit the nail on the head.

Please I need urgent clarification between NISP and NOVELL CENTRE because I want to take a step that will affect my future.
I do not want to be misled. Is Novell centre an accredited institute internationally? And it seems that NISP is solely focused in Nigeria.
Please reply ASAP as I want to go and register for March 2016 diet and I need to choose one.

I am so happy that this kind of forum exist. I studied Music (Double Major) @ NCE and I am really desperate to change my field to Health Safety Environment and Management System.
Please I need serious advice on the steps to take, moreso, is there any prospect of getting a job?
Which institute is relevant to take the courses?
Do anybody in the house know how I can get some past questions or material for study?
Please I need your response ASAP.
