I believe your best bet should be Turkish Airline. They offer the lowest fare from Paris to Lagos that i have seen. Usually, you'd have to book ahead to get cheaper fare. What time do you plan to go? If you book 2-3 weeks ahead you'd get Airfare from Paris to Lagos on Turkish from around €659 round trip.
