I submitted my study permit application July 29th and I am meant to resume for fall 2022 semester is it possible to get ppr before September 06

This is my 2nd application!!

My first application was refused in march based on Financial status and personal asset. I requested for my GCMS note that same month of refusal up till now I haven’t gotten the note. I submitted my application without getting the note
