Maybe the change of name happened during one of this. She might just be mad at that point and decided to change the name. Women does that a lot.
Hmmm okay

YoungDaNaval:
Good evening nairalanders, I met my fiancé in 2021 but we officially started dating in 2022. The relationship was not all rosy because we do have minor misunderstanding in-between but we've never quarrelled beyond 24hrs before. I choosed her among other girls because she gives me peace and had never given me any reason to doubt her loyalty. So earlier this year I took bold step and went to see her parents for introduction and list collection with the intention to do our traditional marriage in December this year. But something happened yesterday. I was chatting with my fiancé via WhatsApp and one thing led to another then she sent me a screenshot of our chat in the past to buttress her point but then I noticed something in that screenshot she sent. I noticed that my contact was saved with my name. I was surprised because I'd always knew all my contacts were saved with "my world" in her phone so how come my name now? What changed? We never had a fight, no quarrel, nothing whatsoever that might make her change my contact from "my world" to my name. So I pointed it out to her to know her reason. At first , she was trying to play on my intelligence by telling me it was a mistake and immediately changed it back but I stood my ground and insist that she explain to me why she did so. Then later on she started begging, telling me she was sorry, that she'd never cheated on me. I was like, "who said anything about cheating?" I only demand an explanation on why you changed my contact from "my world" to my name, the apologies can come later but she kept on begging that it was a mistake so I ignored her. Later on, she finally accepted that she changed it intentionally but could not recall why she did. I simply told her to think and get back to me then I ignored her chats while she kept begging and went to bed. Now I couldn't sleep, I kept thinking why my fiance could pull such stunt and I've concluded that I might put our trads coming up this December on hold if I don't get an explanation on why she did such but another thought came to my mind that I should post here to see if I can get a better suggestion from experienced nairalanders. How do you think I should handle this situation? Please advice me!

FamilyWho Would You Believe At This Point? by YoungDaNaval(op): 1:29pm On Dec 06, 2024
If you brought a lady to your family as a woman you intend to marry, and your brother told you he had a romantic relationship with her for 3 years.

You asked your bad and she denied knowing your brother and never had anything to do with him.

What will you do?

1. Believe your brother and cancel the marriage arrangement.

2. Believe your woman and continue the marriage preparations.

If you are under 25, invest 80% of the money you make on personal improvement and self development opportunities including both formal and informal education.

Make sure you learn any monetizeable skills, most especially those that would expose you to rich people's contacts/homes. Don't just learn, learn with purpose.

If you are a guy, forget about women and cast all focus on yourself except from your mum and sister.

Anything from 26, set annual goals, which can be done either on your birthdays, or new year day, and do everything within your power to accomplish them.

Your goals should have minimum 10 points across 10 different areas. Eg:.

Career Goals.
Business Goals.
Academic Goals.
Financial Goals.
Health Goals
Spiritual Goals
Family Goals.
Etc....according to your need per time.

Career goals could go this way;

1. To round up my graphics design skills acquisition by September 30th.

2. To get an internship with Mid-level digital hub by October 1st.

3. To improve your professional network by 10contacts by November 30th.

4. To increase your salary by 30% by December 31st.

Etc.......

When you focus on doing all these and you are intentional about them, you will eventually become the most interesting guy amongst your peers and subsequently among your colleagues. If you keep to it, over time opportunities will keep chasing you.

Now most importantly, in all of these, never get involved in a transaction in which the next person will feel cheated and think of you as being selfish. Be honest and sincere in everything you do, it's not always easy to find honest people, and when good people see an honest person, they can do anything to keep them.
Wow! This is awesome! I'll love to be friends with you if you don't mind. I need people like this around me most especially at this point in time

No one!! The notion that your kids will take care of you when you're old is bull crap. They are all adults and away from you. Your spouse might be dead or worse. You need to learn to take care of yourself and get a helper/maid or support group. If you rely on your kids or wife, you will die sorrowfully and painfully.

You're not telling the truth, maybe you married wrongly. God instituted marriage and here you're telling them to give birth to children without fathers otherwise known as the I-generation.

Marriage is the best thing that happened to me after salvation.

Seeing my wife cook for me, wash my clothes, ask me what I want to eat, take good care of me and telling my children to kneel and greet me, telling me to kiss our baby. This life is beautiful.

Glory to God.

Shameless relic. Find a Time Machine and go back to the 1800s when women needed your permission to leave the house
As old as you are you never still get sense. Does your stupid husband see the kind of post you make on nairaland at all? What will he even do? He's a useless simp.
