I just got my first survey on prolific £1.5. Just registered a new USA account this afternoon. I logged into the page and it was just there. The app didn't notify me. My advise to all those with accounts on hold, please forget the accounts and make a new one.

My account is not on hold and I have not gotten any survey since I registered. Which VPN are you using please?

vpn matters a lot, i was having dame issue till i changed my vpn, i got a study almost 20 min later

enter youtube with your vpn and check whether it correspond, with your selected vpn location

Did you register on the app to use the service? I have been trying to Signup on web with Facebook, they suspended the account saying that I broke their rule. I tried with Gmail and it was still the same thing and I had my VPN on.

What could be wrong?

For all those having issue with the PayPal stuff just continue with the study I just realised I've missed like ten surveys I can do with my phone and like four for PC..just download the notifier and start accumulating the money and when time comes we can link the PayPal with it and withdraw it..my two cents

I wouldn't have opened USA account if I had known. This is my situation right now.. No survey since it got verified and I have also added my Paypal account to the account too

Getting survey requires you to be online most times, throughout yesterday I left my system on and firefox open and after downloading the extension, you would be notified of any available survey but the notifications disappears within minutes so you have to be monitoring them

I'm using my PC and I have the extension enabled on my Chrome browser. I opened a USA account.

I think Canada has more survey available this period

Prolific Assistant extension for Firefox on pc works well too, I just was able to set up my prolific account and verify it using Canada. I have not had success while previously using the USA cos I couldn't verify my number but it was without hassle when I switched to Canada. I have done about 7 surveys since yesterday afternoon that I registered and got verified, and the prolific assistant on firefox on my PC is what notifies me of these tasks. Even though I am yet to verify my Paypal account, I just want to get the UBA afribank card later today.
