It a great thing to be an intercessors. You have a zeal or boldness of praying for your love ones, family and friends, environment and country, let meet via whatsap and join our faith together. A prayerless Christian is a powerless Christian, put down your whatsap number if you are interested.
Nairaland / General / Story By My Uncle To My Fellow Young Nigerian by youngemex(m): 10:32am On Jan 03, 2015
Back then during 1998/1999 when I was still a child, my uncle use to tell us night stories. One night he decided to tell us a story about our future, he said that when he was in secondary school (1975) his teacher told them that they are the leaders of tomorrow and there were very happy hoping that one day there are going to become president, governors, senators etc. he went further telling us to study very hard that one day we are still going to be the leaders of tomorrow. But now I am now a grown up guy, realizing that here in Nigeria is all about bribing and corruption, I traced back the story our uncle told us during 1998/99 that when he was in secondary school during 1975, I discovered that during 1975 we have a lot of government that are still occupying our sit of leadership till today like General OBJ, General GMB, Atiku (former v.p of Nigeria) and a lot of them, then in 1975 person like Sai Buhari was the governor of North-Eastern part of Nigeria(good for them , they have achieve their own goal of being a GOOD leader in Nigeria), but I was so surprised seeing that Sai Buhari was also the federal commissioner for petroleum resource during (1976- 1978), keep making research 1978 he(Sai Buhari) was the chairman of petroleum trust fund(1995-1999), my uncle has finished his studies, I trust my uncle very well hoping for him to accomplish his own goal.During 2003 I noticed that Sai Buhari is one of the presidential candidate trying to be the president of the federal republic of Nigeria, but unfortunately he lost the election, he did the same in 2007 he also lost the election and now presently in Nigeria, Sai Buhari is still trying to be the president federal republic of Nigeria. Please my question is when will the younger generation be the leaders of tomorrow?
Please this thread is not against Sai Buhari but for we the young Nigerians, so let us pick up challenge and posse our possession.
