I want us to note that most of the stampedes we have had in recent days has not really being the fault of Organizers but the stubbornness and stewpeedity of Nigerians.
We never listen and follow instructions.
So even when organisers say follow door A, you will see Nigerians at door B, C, D and some at G.

Tell Nigerians to queue up and form a straight line and you will see a circle with hundreds of people in the middle.

My sons we stock in traffic after going bowling at Twin Waters a few days ago. I was told the traffic light at Marwa was working but some people ran the red lights and blocked the road... They got home about 11pm.

We are never orderly and when we are told to behave we get mad....

The problem with Nigeria is not and I repeat it's NOT the politicians.
The problem with Nigeria is "The Nigerian Mindset".

We want Nigeria to be like the sanner clins but we behave insane.

Are we going to import citizens who will behave on our behalf?

We call them sanner clines because the residents of those countries act sane...

There's nothing like "saner climes" for those who want to be factual. People are the same everywhere!

The REAL problem with Nigeria is a lack of SYSTEMS.

Systems are what keep the people in check; making them appear or act "sane".

They are why the same "insane" PhD-holding individual who will wind down the window pane of his air conditioned luxury SUV on bourdillon road to dispose of a used PET bottle, will rather not to try the same act while driving down the roads of Washington.

They are why are politician in China for instance, will think twice before stealing a single Yen from the government coffers because they know the penalty when caught is straight up death, of which there is enough precedence.

They are why drivers on the highway will go at certain speeds even when they can go much faster, because they know speed limits exist, and there are WORKING measures to take care of those who drive beyond the limit.

They are why drivers won't instinctively BEAT traffic lights, otherwise they will be served with a ticket which can lead to other consequences they would rather avoid.

These are products of SYSTEMS.

Every developed country is a product of SYSTEMS.

No country jumps from developing (or underdeveloped as the case may be) to developed/first world country/world power without working SYSTEMS.

This is one of the primary responsibilities of THE GOVERNMENT. To create these systems where they may be lacking. And unfortunately, no unserious government will be incentivized to do so because they themselves are products and the PRIMARY BENEFICIARY of the absence of SYSTEMS—The people or masses are the VICTIMS.

This is the real reason why Nigeria is the way it is.

Not the Mindset. Or Stubbornness. Or Insanity. Or Outrightt Stupidity (this exist in unreal proportions though, I must admit).

The real problem is the lack of SYSTEMS, a perpetual failure and irresponsibilty of the government.

This is why your sons were stuck in traffic.

Create a working system armed with public servants who are committed and sworn to uphold it whatsoever and watch Nigerians become "sane".

It isn't rocket science. It really is that simple.

Plug the external hard drive in another laptop to see if you can access the contents. If it fail to open in another laptop you need a hard disk repair tool or recovery software.

Revert back for further directives after trying the above.

Sorry for the late reply. I tried plugging it in another laptop, but still status quo. It didn't detect it at all, although the blue light indicator of the drive was blinking as usual, so the cable is working fine and the issue is indeed from the drive itself.

I am unable to view the files in my external hard disk. When I plug it to my laptop, it takes forever to load, before it eventually displays a pop up message which contains the below:

"You need to format the disk in drive : D before you can use it..."

Been trying to upload a screenshot but unable to.
It has been working fine since, before this issue started recently.

What do I do at this point? I can't afford to lose the contents pleaseeeeee

But it looks like these Chinese brands have left Samsung fold behind build-wise. The Z fold 6 is almost x2 in thickness of Fold devices from Xiaomi, Vivo, etc.

It makes it seem like Samsung is deliberately taking their time with making major improvements on their Z Fold devices, focusing more on their software. I get their perspective better now.
