Because it certainly isn't common place for a vendor, after completing discussions about the items to be sent, receiving delivery details from the prospective buyer and after giving the impression that dispatch is enroute; to go off without any explanation till date.

This happened on two occasions. After the first time, he apologised and the delivery was rescheduled for the following day, only for the same incident to occur.

Okay, thank you very much. I'm not with the laptop at the moment, will do as you said when I get back.

The OS is Windows 11 Pro. I've also noticed some minor differences with it and some other laptops with the same OS I've seen.

For example, the settings page, WiFi icon, notification icon ( has a text icon instead of a bell icon), etc looks different I don't know why. Bern having difficulty uploading images but will keep trying.

I also noticed that the hotkeys for brightness are not working. I'm guessing these could also be OS defects?

I don't know why my hp laptop battery doesn't display hours of usage left, only shows battery percentage?

I've searched online and tried the recommendations but it doesn't fix it. I like to see the battery duration while it is in use. Pls help
