The two buildings are going to be built in a 100 by 100 land at Amagba in Benin City. Please kindly help me check out the quotations the engineer gave me. for each of the building. Hello spyder, the person I sent just called to say the color is actually dark brown but due to the nature of the camera, it showed as if the color is black and he said its an Aluminium roofing sheet. Thanks for your help.

thanks for your response but do you think about the roof, i.e is it the same amount with other color like nut brown or the other grey type which is common nowadays and also, is it actually the normal aluminium or those Ghana zink?

Hello oga spyder,thanks for your good work you are doing for all of us here. I just finished roofing my building in benin city but the color which the aluminium guy used in roofing the house, I do not know if the color is good or will last long. He said it is vandic brown or black something like that and he said he bought it from Agen Aliminium. Am not in Nigeria and a friend of mine was the one who gave the guy the job. Please see pic and let me know what you think about the color and my fellow NLF, please share ur contributions. Thanks

For me, I will advice you take the Honda because, you know jeep consume a whole lot of fuel than a Saloon car. And you spend much repairing a jeep than a saloon car.

oga Adventure, nice building and i wish to build something like this soon. Please how much was the total cost for the POP Work (materials and labour)?. Also, what is the Name of the paint you used in painting the house because, its beautiful. And less I forget, how much did you buy the white door with transparent glass on it?
