this is the picture of one Mr. Thomas who parades himself as a high ranking police officer and to some others as a DSS official to dupe unsuspecting job seekers of their hard earned cash. he promises to place them in the force after demanding some money whereas he turned out to be a member of staff of LAPO currently working in Uyo. One of his recent victims is a close friend of mine and has enough evidence to prove this claim. Pls forward this until it gets to the right authorities coz no one knows who his next victim might be.
