well, you need a plan that includes high calorie beverages like mixed juices, whole milk, chocolate milk, shakes, smoothies, soda and sports beverages. Have a large glass with each meal and drink them throughout the day.

Apetamin works but you have to eat a lot while using it, and in most cases when you stop using it and your appetite reduces, you lose the weight.
