My mom filed for immigrant visa(F1) for me as a US citizen, when I was single, I got married later and now divorced. Normally I should've​ informed the them about my marital status when I got married so they will push me to F3 which the waiting time is slow. Now am divorced should I still inform them or leave it that way. Because Had it been I informed them, they will move me to F3 and if I still inform them about my divorce status they will move me back to F1. So is it better to leave it that way because they have not moved me to F3.
