So to the discourse of this thread, This year, I will be forty years of age; looking back at how far I have come, my heart is filled with so much gratitude and I really want to give to this community, my own first ever CSR for the opportunities I have enjoyed from here.

I have two cohorts for the CSR. The first cohort is for small businesses. The second cohort is for those interested in being equipped with corporate skills for the work place that makes your CV stand a good chance for being the employer's choice after interviews. I'll share more details about that in the Career Section much later.

For now, the Business community here would be enjoying the largesse-for those that are interested.

40 people will be given the opportunity to boost their businesses with one hundred thousand naira worth of products- given to you FREE of CHARGE, with little or no stress. The only thing is for you to prove that you are in business, or want to be in business using the leverage of this opportunity.

If you are interested, you are free to indicate interest here.

The call for proposal opens tomorrow by 9 a.m. WAT and closes immediately we reach the targeted number-40. It's on first come, first served basis.

I have been diagnosed of hypertension lately..

It all started on the 6th I was having this feeling of I want to die, or fainting and all my body will be shaving I want to the hospital they check my bp it was 180/90. So the doctor admitted me and took sample of my blood and urine nd did test and the result came nd he said my kidney are doing okay that I have electrolytes imbalance they gave me six drip and prolong potassium capsule.

So last week I was having the same feeling again and the doctor said it anxiety and it call it fear of impending doom. It all in my head that I won’t die or faint that it not electrolyte imbalance causing it.. so since he told me it all in my head I hardly experience it

So Wednesday I went to hospital again nd the doctor said my Bp is still very high 160/90

He gave me some drugs for a night and said I will keep taking the drug forever.. I’m just 22

I don’t smoke or drink that much and I’m very slim and my parent are not hypertension so I don’t know why a 22 years old like me be suppressing from this disease

I’m very down : ever since he told me this I have been feeling bad nd thinking it this how I have lost my youth? I’m confused. I’ve been reading stuff about them online nd it scaring me….. since yesterday I have been down emotionally

Form a group of 5 intellectual power house: you-all should be in the same department and do things together. Forget the rest of the class.
Med school is made up of mostly idiots who think others have to fall/fail for them to rise.

Just form a tribe of 5 stand out students today, create a WhatsApp group and you'll thank me in a few years to come.

I have so many softwares to subscribe to and they are each about $20 per month.
