I've been away from this thread for a while, logged into my Nairaland account and I say some mentions from Lilmaaxfidel. I am the hollaryincar he claimed to have had several transactions with.

Fidelis Aganyi is a Scammer. He has several usernames. Amazinghope, Vjsmiles, Fidelmalek and Lilmaaxfidel are some of them.

We had some transactions over d course of 2months before he scammed me of 100$ but somehow I got my money back and He still tried scamming me of 74$ afterwards.

Just stay clear from him

I have been in this delima for long now. I have been unable to pay a couple of $$$ for a Facebook ad I ran earlier this year because Naira debit cards stopped working for that purpose.
I recently tried using my PayPal account, but the reply I got was:
"Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time.
Please return to the merchant and choose another
way to pay"

I am pretty frustrated now, and I am hoping someone here has a helpful solution.
