I am no expert to give you best answers. But with little I know through reading, the following are my answer to each question.

1- not easy but I heard it is possible.

2- Any. What delay app is confirmation of documents not route choice.

3- Considering your financial status, only you can answer it. If you have enough to cover your fees, upkeep ($10,000 cad minimum), travel (3-4k cad), and 5k for each person you want to take along, you can file for everyone in one app, I guess. But, if you can't afford 5k for each person going with you, you can apply alone first, use them as home tie, then later file for them. However, you still need to show that they can survive during your study abroad.
