The Super eagles of Nigeria will kick off their campain defending their title of the AFCON champions by hosting Congo, who replaced the suspended Rwanda.

The game is scheduled on Saturday 6 September 2014 at 2:00 PM GMT.

There are some specualtions that suggest Rwanda has appealed for the CAF, and this case may even reach the TAS tables.
The Libyan Football Association has also asked the CAF to organize a play-off game between Libya and Congo to decide who will replace Rwanda in case they are suspended.

Nigeria U-20 Women national team has landed in Montreal for the 2014 U-20 Women World Cup final match against Germany.
The Falconets were qualified to the final after an impressive 6-2 victory over Democratic Republic of Korea in the semi-final to complete their amazing run from the start of the tournament.
Nigeria defeated Korea Republic 2-1, England 2-1 and drew 1-1 with Mexico in the group stage before humbling New Zealand 4-1 in the quarter finals.
The falconets will be looking for revenge after they lost to Germany 0-2 four years ago.
