Hi all, new on nairaland and was kind of wondering if there was ever anyone who received the UK scholarships from Carrington Heritage Foundation. I was just reminded by recent ads by the same Bank PHB on UK student loans I hope this is note another massive fraud attempt.

Where there ever any recipients of this scholarship? if there was not why cant we all hold Bank PHB responsible for colluding in this massive fraud since we dont seem to know the organisers. waited for a long time for this info. please can someone furnish me with any new happenings
