The new virus, which has now infected at least 20 people in Hong Kong, killing one, looks set to dampen sentiment in the world's most expensive property market, already under severe pressure from months of social unrest.

the other day the power got cut off when i was typing a long journal for the florence residences. It was truly a heart breaker as i was almost finished the section. Unfortunately it wasn't saved and the whole paragraph just gone to the drain. this is really a pain lesson to learn, because you do not know when the disaster will strike. Be careful guys and please learn from my painful lesson. Now I have to restart the whole project that i've spent more than 10 hours on it, not mentioning the aching back!
