Thanks for calling our attention to it, we didn’t notice it, the Refresh rate is 60Hz not 120Hz. While the RAM is 2GB due to the region. While the speaker watts is 20W not 40W. This doesnt mean you were trying to defraud our customers. We get our items specifications from chatGPT because we might not be able to gather all the information. So I get it’s an error from the search. Thanks sir, we will be more observant

I'm not defending anybody. I guess you just can't understand it.

Nairaland policy has always been when you accuse someone, they'll say "drop proof" when you do, they'll say "oya, so, so, so, respond, he has dropped proof" but it's changing by some self righteous people who think they have earned enough reputation to accuse anybody they like without being challenged. That only casts doubt on your acclaimed righteousness, if you can't drop proof of your claims.
In as much you are trying to be fair, when two or more people are saying one thing, before you come out to defend that person, run a background check on that person.

There are some sellers here that once they are called out, people will start saying why did you do business when you know they (the sellers) have bad customer services. In that case, will you say you need evidence?

Always run a background check yourself before coming out to demand evidence

Before we even get to speak for someone or not, you brought a matter to the public, that will paint someone bad, you should drop proof, you have proof you're referring to, drop it. Then, people can see and draw theur conclusions. That's how to be just
The guy dropped proof, but you started asking questions as if you were there. If the proof was not true, the person involved should come out and say otherwise. Why can't you tell the lady too to bring her own proof, since this issue involved two people?

Why didn't you drop evidence here, when you said you have had a similar experience with her?

No matter who you are or not, you should accompany your accusations with proof and that even tells on your character
You want to protect seller like you. You forgot every seller today is a potential buyer tomorrow.

If you like, treat customers the way you like and be shouting evidence.

Even if 500 persons says they have had an unpleasant experience with her I the past, those 500 persons must have dropped the necessary proof to back up before it can go into record.

And even, if those accusations are substantiated, that does not mean she is automatically guilty of any future similar accusation. Any new accusation must be accompanied with proof or should be dropped in the bin 🚮.
The way you are just shouting bring evidence like say the person involved can't defend herself is worryisome. Always try to understand, from the chat on the 15th, it was clear that they had voice conversations. If what the guy said is not true about her, she should come and defend herself.

I can now see from your later post that you misunderstood the guy. Don't be too eager to speak for someone who can hear and speak.
