Npower is considered by some set of person free money, even though they are currently working. Our government has put us in a situation where one stream of income can not solve all your problems especially when you are earning below 100k monthly. Hence, reson why most employed citizens keep applying. Shortlisting candidates has nothing to do with either you are working or not, it has nothing to do with ur flow of income. It is basically used to prevent old members from participating in the scheme. I'm working yet I'm shorlisted, so as many people i know. Don't question the reason why i applied when I'm working. The resson has been said earlier.
It still baffles me to see people quoting points authoritatively. If you are not informed, you ask questions and ready to learn. What you think you know sometime, may be not be true. No one has monopoly of wisdom.
