Responsibilities: • Responsible for undertaking day to day office support activities to include but not limited to telephony, mail, couriers and supplies. • Perform errands that assist daily functions: post office, bank, etc. • Maintains office schedule by picking-up and delivering items using automobile. • Serves customers by backing-up receptionist • To provide assistance in preparing documents and reports • To ensure the front desk area to be cleaned and in tidy order Qualifications and Requirements: • Minimum of a OND from any institution • 0 - 3 years' experience in relevant position • Good organizational skills and record keeping • Good oral and written communication skills • Goal Oriented • Team Player and articulate • Cheerful disposition. Description Responsibilities: • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. • Analyze business transactions quarterly • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. • Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle. • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables. • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Qualifications and Requirements: • A Bachelor/HND/OND degree in management, social sciences, science related courses • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products. • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies. • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial. Job Description • Carry out wide range of complex analysis using a highly data-driven approach, problem-solving creativity and business acumen. • Interact confidently with senior managers across Zantek communications. • To exercise general control over all activities in Stores department. • To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials. • To maintain proper records. • To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof. • To initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level approaches the maximum limit. • To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places Requirements • Minimum of OND / HND / Bsc Degree qualification required. • Must be fluent in English. • Minimum of 1 year store-keeping/sales analyst/inventory management experience. • Ability to work well under pressure. • Must be computer literate. |
