it cost $427,179 to $500,000 to buy a moderate house in the United States. If he can afford that then he wouldn't need to buy any properties here in Nigeria.
I wouldn't want my kids to grow in Nigeria if i am lucky enough achieve it.

But on another thought, $500,000 will buy lands and build a alot of solid properties here in Nigeria. But what exactly are you coming back to in Nigeria? I think that's the most important question.
