ok, so you can just step into a Nigerian restaurant and quench the pangs of nostalgia by eating succulent goat meat, or egusi. However these are all classics.

Where are the designer foods. stuff like moiwich (moi-moi sandwich), goatburgz (burger made with ground goat meat). These are tacky names but you get my point. In a culture that is powered by change how come the same menu items that have been in nigerian cuisine for the past 100 years (maybe more) are still there.
