That's right, you're not required to pay full tuition, and yes you can finance your education with a loan but in most cases, loan companies would not offer you a loan if you haven't paid a tuition deposit.

Nope, I have reached out to Auckland and Lincoln University, and they said that I can finance
my tuition with loan, meaning deposit is not a compulsory requirement.

That means the University compels the use of approved agents. There are some like that. Just try getting in touch with the agent and they'll assist.

There are numerous virtual dollar cards out there, just do a quick search. I've used Klasha; they have good rates. You can research on more.

No, it cannot affect your application, just that the cards sometimes carry the risk of not being accepted by some payment outlets. When that happens, withdraw your money from the card back to naira and try another. You'll lose some money this way though.

The best thing is to use a Nigerian dorm account dollar card, if you can get one.

You cannot, unfortunately. Get someone with a dorm dollar card to help out. Alternatively, you can set up a virtual dollar card, fund it and pau with it.
