Foreign AffairsRe: Where Would South Africa Be Without White People? by ZDee: 2:14am On Nov 01, 2013
As I said before, even without white people will today be ahead of other SSA countries, maybe our infrastructure would be as advanced, but we'd still be better than other SSA countries. SA has many advantage over other SSA countries.
- mineral wealth (2nd on the continent)
- long coastline (2nd on the continent)
- anglophone country (better than francophone countries, for various reasons)
- no Islam (i think this is a positive for SSA, just look at Somalia & Nigeria, tltltltltl)
- our Geopolitical Location (Southern tip of Africa)
- outside tropical region (no malaria and other tropical deceases wich are a burden on economic development) check these articles http://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK2624/

Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by ZDee: 8:11pm On Oct 21, 2013
I see naai-gerian goons are still lying to themselves about the capabilities of their useless and incompetent army, ofcoz the chief goon agogust is still feeding the muds lies that they're all too happy to swallow.
My hope was that the beating they've been getting from boko-haram would humble them, and get them to admit what the whole world and everybody not blinded by patriotism knows about their useless army. Unfortunately they've sunk deeper and deeper in their delusions and lies.
naai-gerian monkeys, when will y'all face the truth about your useless army? Your chief boon has now even convinced your 419 brains that the f7 is a match to the mighty GRIPEN . My goodness, the shithole between Benin and Cameroun produces alot of deluded humanoids.

all4naija: The bone of contention still remains providing proofs to the database on the statistical representations on how those countries information were collated. Not until you can provide evidences there is no argument bringing in personal matters that buttress nothing relevant.

What more are you expecting of me when I can tell you that Nigeria is one of the freest countries in the world. That has even given right to lawlessness we see in the country due to failure to address how this rights are impacting people to commit crimes because they think it democracy and often can go scott-free or take to the court without death pronouncement. Although, that might not rightfully define democracy but it gives us an idea of how much freedom can easily be misused in a free society like Nigeria while pointing to government for the people. If you are looking for evidence on how democratic Nigeria is when compared to SA look no further than the constitution of the federation. It can be amended and citizens have right to express themselves. Unlike SA where freedom to express yourself is usually exempted. The victims of the xenophobic attacks in your society have not be compensated nor their matter taken to the court of law for proper hearing. Marakina death issue has been swept under the carpet all rather continues to receive deferment in the agony of the wives and kids of the deceased. Those to me are very undemocratic in the face of the bogus index map ZDee presented earlier. In Nigeria such magnitude of offenses is given public hearing because the society outcry will definitely bring attention to them.

If you need more information to why Nigeria is more democratic than SA just ask and I will be willing to provide answers.

Thank you.
Pls give a source for all those claims, cause u just wrote absolute crap with no bases on reality. I would like the other information, with sources pls.
On a serious note, the vote rigging and ethnic rotation in naai-geria is more proof that naai-geria is a pseudo-democracy and deserves the low ranking given to it.

Obasanjo to be recognised despite rigged Nigerian election

By Trevor Johnson and Chris Talbot 30 April 2003

The response of the Bush administration as well as media reports makes clear that Olusegun Obasanjo and his People’s Democratic Party (PDP) will be accepted as the legitimate victor in the recent Nigerian elections, despite widespread vote-rigging.

When it suits them the United States and other western powers have raised their concerns about the legitimacy of an election in a developing country. In Nigeria, however, despite widespread reports of ballot box stuffing, under-age voting and 100 percent returns from some areas for the incumbent president, barely a murmur can be heard.

In a short statement, the US government states, “Nigeria’s Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on April 22 declared President Olusegun Obasanjo the victor in last Saturday’s presidential election” and “congratulates the overwhelming majority of the Nigerian people for what was a peaceful exercise of their right to vote in many parts of the country”. It merely calls for all complaints to be taken to “competent tribunals” to be considered “in a timely, impartial and transparent manner.”

The New York Times initially labelled the elections as “botched”, described some of the “irregularities” and said that Nigeria could not “afford to ignore charges of regional disenfranchisement.” It has since dutifully toned down its criticisms, with an article on April 27 entitled “Nigeria Holds a ‘Credible’ Election. Is That Enough?” The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette ran an editorial headlined “Impressive but imperfect/Despite fraud allegations, Nigerian election is progress” while the Christian Science Monitor commented that “given Nigeria’s long history of military rule and rampant corruption, these elections were a relative success for civilian control of the country and for attempts to prevent voting fraud.”

The British BBC commented, “observers say that Mr Obasanjo does enjoy considerable support and probably would have won the election, even without the ‘over-zealousness’ of some of his supporters.”

It goes on to say that since the difference between Obasanjo’s total number of votes and that of his nearest rival, Muhammadu Buhari, was greater than the number of votes cast “where the worst irregularities occurred,” the overall result should not be in doubt.

This forgiving approach to the ruling Nigerian elite comes despite the obvious lack of progress towards even a semblance of democratic rule and the refusal of the wealthy ex-generals who run Nigeria to use any of the country’s oil wealth to alleviate the
