@sam13, The flat is 550k, then we pay lawma,cleaning and security. so the total cost of the flat is almost 600. i can do 250k but nothing below that. The street is off Itire road, Cant put the street name here but u can call me to arrange for inspection.The person also get to pay her own share of the bills listed above. Thanks
