maybe because I grew up in a house dat I and my siblings don't lyk food and we were force fed but I don't see anything wrong with force feeding a child that don't lyk eating ...my baby is a foodie but at a stage she just rejected food I force fed her and I had issues when I visited my Mil she told me to stop and I stopped but in her presence my baby leaned down to d extent my hubby who was supporting d mother even force fed her.... d side effect is dat eating tym will b crying tym which she later got used to and started eating again and she regained her weight and am happy force feeding her because I don't want to hear stories of malnutrition..force feed her if it is all it takes for her to eat

Folic acid is in my antenatals. I don't think a pregnant woman has a choice when it comes to folic acid.

wen d risk outweighs the benefit it's better to forfeit.. ask a gynaecologist not a GP please

Live your normal life unless you have previous history of miscarriage that's is when you slow things down if not do your normal everyday routine

I have been having this stomach pains that doesn't seem to stop since evening. What do I do to relieve it. I have drank water ,had cold bath, it reduced a little but started again.

Drink more water and reduce stress and walking alot.....sorry dear..Hope folic acid is not among your antenatals because it helps the growth of uterine fibroid

Present...feeling hawt and fly. Please how can I get hubby more involved in this journey? He is supporting by doing chores and all that, but I need him to be as expectant as I am. He has been dodging following me for antenatal or even reading the pregnancy books I bought. I am thinking of even installing pregnancy app on his phone. Is my own too much or na pregnancy hormones dey deal with my brain.

My dear, please obey the doctor's order for bed rest. It's better to be safe than sorry after all you are almost there. Yes, cervical incompetence is 2nd trimester wahala but you can't just ignore it. Get another ultrasound scan done at another clinic for the benefit of doubt.
I learnt about cervical incompetence with the loss of my son @ 18 weeks 17/04. It's a bitter experience.
I hereby withdraw from race until further notice cc @ September teamies. Can't go back to previous posts for my teamies monikers but to you that is always checking on me, I am most grateful. Wishing you all a healthy pregnancy and safest delivery at the right time.
Hoping to come back soonest again.

So I called a consultant I know who told me to handed over fone to any doc I saw on ground which I did and he instructed them to discharge me... then I was 35weeks 3days

on getting home, I decided not to use d nifedipine I was placed on for preterm contraction.
the next morning I saw show. ok

despite being a second time I didn't waste time oo cos I wanted epidural analgesia. labor without pain..
when I got to d hospital was checked and 2cm dilated wit poor effacement

EPIDURAL IS BAE
