MIT and msc computer science write two different exams.

For the programming questions for msc computer science this is a sample of the programming question asked.

write a program dat prompts user to enter miles driven,nos of gallons used and also display the corresponding totalmiles covered and its total gallon used

so apart from the programming aspect, it is still the same "maths, english, computer" questions to expect.
