We are looking for a private buyer or company willing to buy our three property in a corner plots of land in Ejigbo-Isolo Lagos for N92m or invest a maximum of N20m to complete the conversion of the buildings to 18/20 luxury flats (Mixture of 2 and 3 luxury bedroom flats). Estate agent to manage the property for investor on completion to recoup investors money with interest. The property is value N92m as of today price and will worth over N120m on completion.

A detailed description of the existing development consists of 3 detached storey buildings on a corner plots of land ( Nearly 3 plots of land) HOUSE (A): 6 bedroom building with 2 sitting rooms, one dinning room and two kitchens. HOUSE (B): 3 bedroom flat on ground floor and 3 bedroom flat upstairs. HOUSE (C):Contain 9 rooms and 3 toilets on the first floor and an open plan ground floor. Our architect and builder have done all the necessary drawings for conversion of 18/20 luxury flats and still have more space to build extra 4 flats in addition on the side. We need N20m to complete the project or sell off the project if we have good offer. Rental income on luxury flats will range from N400 to N490,000 per flat on completion.
