 candidates who have passion to develop new business
 candidates who look to break new grounds
 candidates who are ready to learn and develop

Qualification
• a minimum of OND certificate
• must be above 18 years of age

Stages of Employment
Stage one:
Successful candidates will first be employed as an independent business developer for the period of 6 months during which period he/she will
 receive a percentage of every course participant registered
 will be trained and certified by us
 successful candidates will receive incentive payments and bonus based on performance

Stage two:
Staffing : Oil Train will evaluate and staff outstanding business developers, after 6 months. Such business developers will enjoy all staff benefit as will be disclosed in due time.

Description: A premier provider of Oil and Gas Professional training and certification in Nigeria, has an immediate need for an NDT Level 3 Instructor/Consultant.

Job Summary
NDT Level 3 Instructor/Trainer will provide instruction, testing, and certification services in a classroom/laboratory setting. Candidates will also provide customers with Consulting Level III services. This is a full time permanent position commencing immediately at our Port Harcourt location.
Skills: Job Responsibilities
• Understand, apply and impart the essential facts and principles covering the methods of Non-destructive Testing to students, using a variety of instructional techniques
• Develop and revise curriculum
• Consultation with clients in the development, approval and administration of training, certification examinations, NDT procedures and Written Practices
• Classroom management
• Show personal interest in students and create a climate conducive to optimal learning
• Client customer service
• Professional attitude and appearance, at all times


Required Qualifications
• Certified NDT Level 3 and the ability to teach/consult in at least 3 of the following methods: MT, PT, UT, RT, VT, ET, TIR, LT
• Work toward obtaining ASNT NDT Level III in at least 5 methods
• Ability to develop and administer course curriculum and outlines
• Ability to develop and administer qualification examinations
• Quality years of experience
• Ability to market and attract clients
• Must be VERY fluent in written and spoken English


Desired Qualifications
• Current ASNT NDT Level III
• Ability to teach/consult advanced methods: UT Detection and Sizing, Phased Array, TOFD, Digital/Computed RT, etc. and / or willingness to learn to teach these advanced methods
