So, all you need to do is just to put the width and height of your choice. Your work has been very good. Keep it up. Moreover, am yet to see your work on css. Have you start the tutorial on css?

Domain: if you have a domain, you put in the address in first section.

How do u plan to promote offer: Tell them if it’s through content writing, social media, blog, email marketing, domain squatting etc. But before you do that check the description of the offer u want to promote, sometimes they tell u d medium they want used in advertising their stuff.

Traffic source: if u r using free traffic, tell them d type u use: seo, social media etc. If it’s paid traffic u also tell them d type, there are lots of that: traffic junky, Incent, (social media comes in both free and paid forms)
