@psalmz can come over to explain he requested for escrow details then say he will do something about it this week and on Sunday he informed me about a buyer within my location, that he was going to meet up with me, but the said buyer couldn't meet up, psalmz then said he would get back to me before Friday ( as the said buyer said he would make contact on Friday) and I sent him @psalmz a reminder June 1st he said he will soon resolve, but till now no update on him@psalmz making payments so that I can waybill his device back to him(my guess he doesn't have the funds with him; how can you not be able to make a refund in less than 72hrs of receiving funds: individual needs are different also, this kept me calm)
Sent him message on WhatsApp he didn't read; he is very busy I guess . But not so busy to update his topics on the forum, and staying actively online since morning....

If he fails to honor his words I don't know what to say again.... But fingers crossed

This is a case of item not getting to seller as described. Boss Psalmz, you said you posted a picture of another iPhone X of same color on your ad, you should have carried Zero824 along to let him know device is with engineer and the picture of the phone is not exactly what was uploaded.

The device has been worked on from what you said, we can’t rule out a case of the engineer not gluing the device properly. Like you said, the same day the engineer gave you the phone was when you waybilled it.

Going forward, escrow would be needed to peacefully resolve this. Send the agreed refund amount to an escrow, and get your device back. You might even get a better bargain.

Zero824 should provide imei of the device, so once it gets to Lagos and it’s the exact device with the imei, escrow should then release funds to Zero824.

Boss Psalmz, just do as said above, don’t dance in the mud with the name you’ve built for 9 years cos of 65k. No need to stretch this...

ok ,truth is I posted the item before receiving it from my engineer,so I used a pic on my phone regards the color is same with item I wanted to sell,I gave my phone engineer who tried putting the camera in order,but advised me I should not bother fixing it anymore that it’s an error from the company ,but I actually sent him the actual video of the said item,thanx,but truth be told,it was properly tested before sending it out cos I know the stress of returning items that are not within Lagos

Psalmz going by both write ups, i will suggest you refund the client based on the fact that:

1. Your ad said 88% BH but the client received 82% BH as attached in Reference 1
2. The picture in your ad has the CE below the iPhone inscription but the phone received by client doesnt have that as attached in Reference 2

Going by these two facts, its obvious that you probably didnt send the actual advertised phone or the battery and back cover were changed before sending out and in this process, the back cover wasnt glued very well.
