You can tell by the stuff,
The pictures he sent you is different from the pictures in the the original advert,
He may have mistakenly sent you the wrong phone.( Hence the 82% BH and the extra wahala)

1st the picture he sent
2nd is the picture he sent before way billing at GIGL ( look at the angle his hands covered)
3rd is a picture he claimed he took about a week+ when the device was with him...
It was after payment he claimed the device was not with him(after I requested videos to be done) off which he failed to send on the agreed day and time he chose him self, later said he got hold of the phone In the morning of the day he waybilled(25th)
After the phone arrived and I sent him the defect he then claimed to have had the phone with him for 2hrs before he sent the device,which means he had checked the device thoroughly ( only for phone to get here @ a BH OF 82 INPLACE OF THE ACCLAIMED 88)
4th is the device condition immediately after pickup

It'll be cool if we had pictures of the items, before you sent it out and pictures from the reciever showing the partially open screen, and how long it took the buyer to inform you about the issue after he recieved the item

You should learn from others, I send an order to a picker yesterday and she immediately called my line immediately she suspected that the seller could not sign out of the phone (even though I did a check and FMI was off, but some how somehow seller log in again)
As seller no gree sell for iCloud locked price that moment, I gladly paid the failed pickup fee...

The price it was sold for has nothing to do in this case, there was a disclaimer on the laptop stating it's condition, the onus lies on the buyer to do price comparison or whatsoever. The seller can sell at any price, if e no pay buyer then you move on to the next
