Religion / Re: Are People Born Gay Or Is It By Choice? by zetch: 9:49am On Jun 30, 2013
So.. you think that because you are not gay, that is a choice you had?

if the whole world was gay, and you are heterosexual, you think that must have been a choice you made? stop beating a dead horse, no science can confirm it's a choice people make, there might be a new development linking it to a gene of a fetus. You are born that way for some people the same way many are born to love the opposite sex.

Simple as ABC OP, Nigerians are running to Pastors because of poor economy and well because of stupidity too. I don't care if my comment is derogatory, save that stuff for the too nice suck-ass Christians. The problem also is that because Pastors tell them something is coming to solve their problems, many live their lives in a state of inaction, just going and praying that things will magically become better. Many are awaiting and hoping for promises of miracles that will never come to pass and have no expiration dates on them.

If a Pastor has private jets and is listed by Forbes as a millionaire, something is wrong. He is no business man and no friggin way do books sell that much, not to talk of religious books. Personally, I think many famous Pastors in Nigeria should be investigated. With a net worth of over $150 million, he could do a lot for the people he is constantly preaching to instead of taking more from them. He's a crook that needs to be a in a maximum security prison. But lucky him, he lives in Nigeria huh? who dares care to investigate and audit him.

Religion / Re: Does God Wants Us To Be Rich, I Doubt by zetch: 2:06am On Jan 10, 2013
If Jesus calls himself a loving God, why would he oppose the progress of the wealthy who have the intentions to help? God is loving but I think greed has been used to misinterpret wealth. Wealth in good hands can be used well. Should all Christians be suffering and poor to feel like they are worshiping God? Some feel being poor is the true way, yet they still pray for better life all the time and progress ironically, maybe you do too. It's not a crime to be rich. Humans will always want more and I think once you stop striving for better, there is something wrong with you. It's human nature and to just be content with a bad situation means you're not ambitious and will not move further in life. In fact, companies try and filter these people out during interviews. They'll drag everybody down and not contribute to progress. I don't recall the devil liking good success. You can be rich and help fellow Christians. If we are the children of God, we should be blessed. Or does the Bible not say that God possesses everything? Then why will he desire to make us continue to suffer all the time and hate us his children for being rich? It will be the job of evil to see Christians in rags. If we are always in rags, what will make others say...'their God is a true God?' when our own Father cannot even bless us with something good; yet we tell the world he owns everything? This will be Hypocrisy on our end. If you are a parent, would you oppose your child's wealth? So why should God oppose wealth, does that not make him a selfish liar who only likes us to be in pain? I'm sure God wants the best for us.
Religion / Re: Testimony Of A Former Satanist - Grace Iwhere by zetch: 11:20am On Jan 09, 2013
I had to register to comment on this because this is part of the problem in Nigeria. Superstitions and myths that are hindering progress and making people give their hard earned money to churches and Pastors that are feeding them with fear. Listen, this testimony or whatever you want to call it is 'nonsense'. The Bermuda triangle stuff is crap because accidents in that area were just over-emphasized in the past. And it is not just one location like she says, it extends from Miami, Florida to San Juan, Puerto-Rico and Bermuda.

Oh wait...turning to skeletons? where did all her flesh go? she hanged them somewhere and put them back on? if this was possible, the whole world would be doing it. stripping your body of flesh to be bone will cause instant death from bleeding. I'll stop here but please take testimonies with caution. I am a christian but please let all persons living in Nigeria open their eyes. It's easy to believe all this nonsense until you actually get out of Nigeria, study a little bit of science and then you can laugh at this crap called a testimony. You have control over people when they live in fear and these are what these testimonies are for; collaborated by Pastors etc. They have private jets while their members continue to remain poor. I always feel sad when I see this. They prophesy is generalization but never give specifics or names in many cases. If she said all took place spiritually, that's okay but to say she was disappearing in the physical world? Please...no one can disappear like that. As long as you're human like the rest of us in this world and you breathe air, Matter cannot just vanish and then re-integrate somewhere else.

By now, I'm hoping someone gets the point. I'm saying this because someone will read a testimony like this in the future and continue to remain brainwashed. I love Jesus by the way but please don't stress your lives and live in fear over stories like this.
