I went to weac office at ogba on 22/06/2016 for my gce certificate and these were the requirements for the certificate ; 1) 1 passport 2) the result slip (or examination number, center number and year). 3) cash payment of #3,550.00. note: you must arrive at the office before 9am and you can apply at the zonal office which your center fall under only working days.
