login your gckey account you will see your UCL number, use it to send message to ircc. Or just scroll down your gckey account you will see "link your account" click on it on it and fill the form, they will need your UCI number, passport ID. That's what I also did, I hope it helps too

Just use your uci number and send a webform to ircc, try to link your application on the gckey portal ,you will be asked to fill your details ,just keep sending messages it wasn't easy, only ircc knows what they are doing

I didn't pay again, I left it like that, a friend of mine also had the same problem, just be sending messages to ircc

also when you reuploaded did you pay again, and when you got notified what does it entails?

exactly what happened to me, I reuploaded in November and nothing was updated , I finally got confirmation message in January, when I contact ircc they keep telling me I don't have an open application yet, just keep checking yours might not be like mine

no nothing new, just the old stuffs from my first application since september, i've got nothing new since i reuploaded since October.

yes i did, i submitted all that is needed, but my dashboard hasn't been updated, i tried improvising by paying another visa fee and my money was refunded after being deducted.

Are you sure of transmitting the application and paying the visa fee? Also did you get any mail of submission confirmation?

no i did not, i tried to improvise by paying another fee and it was refunded.

hello Nairaland family.

please i have a complex issues regarding my application,

I applied july and after all processes I got a response in september and was rejected on the condition of insufficient asset and financial status, hence I was told
" you're welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements."

with a footnote all new applications must be accompanied by a new fees.

now my problem is since i reuploaded all neccesary document and paid new visa fees my dashboard hasn't been updated that an application has been submitted and received.

can anyone please guide me on what to do?
