Agriculture › Re: 1 Acre Commercial Plantain Farm For Long Lease by Zik4zik(op): 6:49pm On Nov 14, 2025

Zik4zik:
Are you a commercial farmer or you are looking to start a commercial plantain farm of your own without the headache and stories of failure ? We have a combined mix of over 250 plantain suckers and fully matured and productive plantain trees with harvestable bunches of plantain on them.

Leasing an already harvestable plantain farm helps you to start generating income from the day your lease starts.

Save yourself the headaches and start from the top.

*** Kindly note that the plantain farm is within a one and half acre farm land mixed with plantain and cassava. Only plantain farm available for lease as the cassava farm has already been leased with lease tenure expiring in December.

COST: Harvestable Plantain Farm Annual lease (Negotiable)

Mixed Farm of Plantain and Cassava Farm Annual lease (Negotiable)

Minimum lease period required is 4 years (negotiable)

Legal fees = 10% of Agreed Lease Amount

Location: Lufuwape Town off Lagos Ibadan Expressway after Redeem Camp

Freebies: Apartment to serve as farm house for your workers is also available at zero cost

Tip 1: With what is currently on ground as matured and yielding plantain trees, you are guaranteed to recover both investment and interest from first harvest.

Tip 2: Should you be interested in processing and packaging of the plantain into finished products, we have production halls available for rent to encourage on-site processing and packaging
