The SUV was purchased brand new and well maintained with service done regularly at Automedic Nigeria. Engine is super sound. This deal is best for someone who wishes to resell as you could fix gear issues and resell higher. All original purchase documents are intact. Possible reduction in price after inspection would be agreed cost of gear fixing to be deducted. But this is after inspection.

Calling Adron Homes a fraud is wicked and evil. These guys may have their shortfalls in some areas but they always over deliver on promises made. I have a property there and have lots of friends who equally have properties across Adron estates in Lagos , Ogun and Abuja. In my understanding, Adron is the only developer I have seen that will use his profit to put additional infrastructures in an already sold out estates where he is not making any money on simply because the residents asked and he always says yes to any requests that is positive and good for the people. I have met the MD personally and I know he has dreams and visions for his estates across the country but sadly, he employs workers that will fail to do their job timely and they will keep covering for themselves knowing the MD will fire any staff who brings disrepute to the organization.
The issue of delayed allocation is a common reason people will get upset and say Adron is a fraud but the sincere truth is that if your delayed allocation issues gets to the MD, you will be allocated same day without stories or delay but the wicked staffs will always cover for themselves. I can guarantee this 100% because I have seen him fire very senior staffers who failed to meet customers expectations. For those who purchased lands outrightly, they get their documentation and allocation faster and easily. You need to see the amazing infrastructures in these estates. I have visited the Lagos, Ogun, Ibadan and Abuja estates. The guy is amazing with infrastructure development in his estates.
Regarding development fee, we paid 150k and I heard it was later increased to 1.5M when Buhari's economy made construction material cost unbearable. Now that Tinubu's economy is biting hard on all sector and cement moved from 4,000 to 8,000; residents and clients were notified of an imminent increase in development fee to about 4M and still give grace to people to pay old rate even till today if you completed your land payment before the new increment date.
Kindly note that the lands in the estate where these development fee increases applies are sold 12M and 22M respectively in Ogun and Lagos. Ibeju Lekki lands are currently sold for 100m. I have a property there and I paid only 150k as development fee when Nigeria economy was good.

I have my issues with Adron Homes but I have come to realize that the staffs are the main problem; some staff will reserve juicy plots locations like conner piece for their friend/family, etc thereby frustrating clients that deserves it. Others will just fail to do simple allocation that takes less than a day. You need to identify the staff causing you pain and share their name. If you do, I can assure you the staff will be the one chasing you around to come for your allocation.
