Absolutely spot on. Different strokes for different folks. Guys, just know what works for you really. I will also suggest that you reach out directly to the entity you’ve been posted to for any clarification you need. They should also be able to speak in details to the pay post Training School. There is also nothing to be scared about, the bond only speaks to training cost which they need to receive value for and in my opinion I think that is fair. In the event you get another offer that interests you during the 2 year bond period, you can always leave once you agree on payment plan for the 1m or 2m as the case may be (should be prorated )

You seems to always have info anout the firm. They are not ready to speak in details to the pay post training, all they could say is that the pay is okay. Its really unfair, we are suppose to get the information we want. We are actually signing a bond, the least they can do is give us the full information we need.
Do you think the pay depends on the subsidiary we are posted for the programme?
Please do you have idea of the range of pay? and side benefit.
Please just say something.

Do you advice people without offers should move on already?( Let’s assume they failed medicals) or something is still cooking (probably they would get their offer letters this week before the start of TS next week)

Although it will be very disappointing because it was very close, but this continuous hoping and all is very tiring.

Our allowance should be the same thing, for the training they said 5 months on the offer letter then 6 months on the bond document.

I haven't gotten as well but I have proof that coronation has started sending offer. Coronation merchant and Coronation registrars has sent for those that will be working under their subsidiaries after training.
Let's be positive and await ours from other subsidiaries

Mail started dropping last night for data analyst but only those posted to Coronation Registrars got offer letter from the subsidiary.
TS starts June 21, 6month training

Data analyst / Data Scientist GT are suppose to get their offer today given that they need a week to accept or reject the offer and that TS starts 1st June.
