Nothing about Musa's hatred for sex is tied to his inability to perform. Even virgins and premature ejaculators like sex. The key word here is HATRED. Musa hates sex as an act, he isn't scared of it.

Also bear in mind that Musa didn't touch the girl. Even if he was apprehensive about his dick size or ability to perform in bed, he could have at least engaged in pre-intimacy with the girl and fondled her body parts but he didn't.

The point of my riddles isn't really to get a particular answer correctly. Rather, it's to see how people think, which can be extrapolated from the answers they give.

The second riddle could be answered correctly in lots of ways. For instance Chioma could be a dominatrix like someone said, given that she liked sex but didn't enjoy regular sex. Or Chioma could have rape fantasies and masturbate to thoughts of being raped. Or Chioma could be a masochist who enjoyed BDSM sex. Either of this 3 is correct. But whatever Chioma is, she's suffering from an extreme form of her perversion.
