Who is posting this rubbish? The official rate has been N199 = $1 for sometime now. It's still ~300 naira to a dollar in the parallel markets. |

Which bank offers prepaid mastercard? Naira dominated preferably for international online payments. I know Zenith Bank used to offer the Web surfer card but not sure they still do. |
anyway your cup of tea. Back to the issue, you can get Prepaid card from either UBA or Zenith Bank and fund it for online purchase. I doubt you can get it without any form of ID. You mean say you nor do BVN registration?
