My former boss was, and still is a terrible womaniser and his circle of friends hold advanced degrees in philandering, but you see his wife? She is his queen. He doesn't joke with her, and respects her. He was the person who made me realise that you just cannot police a man. Despite all the love he has for his wife and family, he still sleeps with a different woman every night whenever he is in the country.

If you want peace in your marriage/relationship, don't police a man. Just commit him to God and ask God to deal mercilessly with him if he, or any interloping third party ever tries to bring problems to you or mistreat you in your corner. Shikena.

All these small presidential candidates do is buy party forms, later they step aside and endorse the real candidate hoping to get small appointment or contract

I am raising noilers for their eggs. It is worth it, I don't use synthetic drugs and I am sure of what I give my chickens too. It is healthier that way.

Stock trading (shares) and bitcoin trading (buying and holding or little sales) are two businesses that I tried, and deep down I lost lot....virtually everything I have saved
(despite the total money I lost...it is small savings of mine).

Since then, I promised myself not to try those two line of business. it is not for me. Another line of business I will try once more before conclusion is Forex trading.

The most important thing is for someone to find his line of business that his profit making is greater than his loss. There is a niche for everyone.

Gambling, it is not a line of business. It is madness to make money legitimately, and invest it in gambling (virtual and football predictions) all in the quest to get rich overnight. Many has lost it, and would turn around to blame village people.

Build your wealth gradually rather than gambling over 30 percent of your salary trying to get massive rich....My little advice to people in such line of ludo playing (gambling ) all in the name of investment.

NB: Tried learning programming, but got to realise that , that line of study/work is also not for me.

There are currently deaths in Kwara, Borno, Benue, Zamfara, Plateau, Katsina, etc. Isn't it ironic that all these deaths are blamed on the federal government except for kaduna where you blame Elrufai? By the way, when Buhari was President, the deaths in Benue and Plateau were specifically attributed to him while the one in Kaduna was attributed to Elrufai. We all know what we are doing. Were they also deaths in FCT when Elrufai was minister or DG, BPE? Was Elrufai responsible for the Zangon Kataf, Sharia and Miss World crisis in Kaduna State that occurred in 2001, 1991 and long before then?

Yorubaman, do you live in Kaduna? Have you ever set foot in the state? If the APC has any evidence that Elrufai paid killers, he's no longer in the party. Why has he not been prosecuted? There's no governor touching Elrufai's performance as governor of Kaduna in the foreseeable future. The records are there.

He took Kaduna from an average of 9 billion naira per year IGR to over 60 billion naira when he left office. Kaduna became the Northern State with the highest IGR during his tenure. Kaduna was consistently top 5 state that attracted the highest FDI while he was governor. He embarked on the iconic and ambitious KadunaUrbanRenewal drive that transformed the city of Kaduna into a very modern city. You can either visit Kaduna to see for yourself or do your research online. There's no Nigerian alive that can doubt the capacity of Elrufai to deliver in any task he's assigned. He delivered as DG BPE, delivered as FCT Minister (still the best till date) and delivered as governor of Kaduna state.

In those days landlord or property owner place advert at the front of the available properties or place advert at the media or dailies.
I personal used to go to guardian to place advert,,when there was no internet,not to talk of now that we have internet all over.So agent work is more or less like extortion.
