A new mom has taken to social media to share all she had to go through to eventually becoming a mom.
According to her, she visited all sorts of people, travelled far and wide as well.
A mother who welcomed a child after almost 20 years of expecting has shared her testimony while revealing how far she had to go for the child.
The woman who goes by the name Funmilayo E. Atolagbe said;

She wrote:

“I waited for 20yrs and a proud mum now. I married 1998, got pregnant immediately but lost the baby at birth and ever since i have been trying naturally and with IVF. Had 6ivfs but no success. Then had my baby girl last year February. The journey cannot be explain. Travelled far and near, climbed mountains. Had encounter with fake and real pastors. But to God be the glory, he blessed me with a beautiful baby girl. She is my gift.”

Actress Ruth Kadiri is of the opinion that the recent tragedies taking place in Nigeria are spiritual and she has placed curses on politicians, ritualists, and yahoo boys who use human sacrifice to achieve success.
Earlier, she shared a photo of the havoc wreaked by the fuel tanker explosion on Otedola Bridge along Lagos-Ibadan expressway and captioned it: "The spiritual controls the physical... what they have done with our Dear country we do not know... Rip to dead. God help us all. Fellas watch and pray."

In a follow-up post, she addressed politicians, native doctors, ritualists, and Yahoo boys who use human sacrifice for the purpose of winning elections and gaining wealth and power. She said as they have brought death on others, death will not depart from their households.

The struggle to be a part of the beard gang is real.
Men are now fixing artificial beards to have fuller beards and sideburns.
Fake beards isnt really a new thing but the method of fixing this one is what has people talking about it. And the end result looks so real, it's hard to tell it isn't the real deal.

Venezuela's currency is worth so little now that artisans are using it to make purses.

Artisans in Venezuela are using the Venezuelan Bolivar to make sculptures, handbags, and other things because of how worthless the currency has become following Venezuela’s economic collapse.

Venezuela’s congress says annual inflation hit 24,600 percent in May. The minimum wage can not buy as little as a bottle of soft drink so citizens have begun turning colorful bolivar bills into a purse rather than to spend them on a purse or anything else. Alvaro Rivera is one of the artisans making products out of money.

The largest handbag Rivera sells on the streets of Cucuta is painstakingly woven from 1,000 individual bills totaling 100,000 bolivares. The value of that cash at money exchange houses in Cucuta is 17 U.S. cents. The bag, on the other hand, sells for $13.

"The price of the work has nothing to do with how many bills I use. What I’m selling is the art," Rivera said.

Venezuelans use their currency to make purses as minimum wage cannot even buy bottle of soft drinks (photos)

A bag of groceries, which cost $15 a year ago, now costs $3,960 in Venezuela. Those earning bolivares can no longer afford the basics. To feed a family of five for a month costs 20 times the monthly minimum wage, according to the Center for Labor Research and Analysis a Caracas-based nonprofit. The crisis is forcing millions of people to flee the country.

Nollywood actress Toyin Aimakhu has again addressed her issue with Mercy Aigbe.

Recall the actress called the latter out some weeks back, claiming she caused her first marriage to end in divorce.

Addressing the issue, Toyin said it was a blip on her part and has since reached out to Mercy.

Former aviation minister Femi Fani Kayode is remembering the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, whose whereabouts no one is aware of ever since his home was invaded by the Nigerian Army in September.


In a lengthy tribute posted to Instagram, FFK showered Nnamdi Kanu with praise and said the bond of friendship they formed while in Kuje prison shall never be broken.

Celebrity blogger, Noble Igwe has joined the league of red cap chiefs after being conferred with a chieftaincy title in his community.

The Spokesperson of the Imo All Progressives Congress, APC, Stakeholders, Mr. Theodore Ekechi, yesterday, explained how burglars invaded his private residence, and made away with important documents.

Ekechi, spoke while conducting newsmen round the damages done at his residence located in Umugama Housing estate in Owerri.

Some of the missing documents according to Ekechi, was during his time as commissioner for Information to governor Rochas Okorocha, and as Director of strategy and planning campaign organization of President Mohammadu Buhari.

As narrated by Ekechi, “I was alerted on Thursday that my private residence in Owerri, by an unknown persons. I went to the police station unable to find the Commissioner of Police, I went to the monitoring unit.

“They gave me three of their officers. It was the first time for me to see what has happened. On getting here we discovered that this door, it is a security door was open. And on closer inspection we discovered that through one of the windows they gained entry by destroying one of the burglary proof.

“From the guest room they came into the lobby and from the lobby they were able to make their way into the rooms. Into my private room, ransack everywhere, vandalize everywhere took away items. Such as four gold wrist watches, twenty PHP laptops, assorted cosmetics.

“They also entered into my wife and children bedroom until my wife comes she will be able to ascertain damages or stolen items.

“I am also worried that anytime I received messages of commendation I also received message warning me about my life. And telling me to beef up my security.

“I am also worried that it happened when the ward, local government, and state executives were inaugurated may be they calculated that I may have choose to pass the night here but I went to my country home.

“A particular worry to me is that there is a concentration on documents and correspondences ,especially the one that has to do with my services either as a commissioner or as a director of planing and monitoring of the presidential campaign of Mohammadu Buhari, in 2015.”
