lawani:The problem isn't that Tinubu can't secure SW, he can if he wants to. The problem is that he doesn't want to, I've been following this very closely. Like I said earlier, I didn't vote for him because he's Yoruba, I voted for him because I believed he was the best among the candidates. I'm an exposed person, and I have grown past basic human sentiments. For Tinubu to decentralize Security, the only thing he needs is to send prayers into the mail of lawmakers, they will sign the bill. But I believe there are Elephants behind the scene who are against it, have you heard of state police since then? Rather 744 terrorists were released instead. what Nigeria need is a president that can look at the Fulani hegemony and call it bluff, and Tinubu has shown he's not that person. As hard as it is to admit, only the Igbos have shown it time without numbers that they don't bow for them. Tinubu has from now till January to retake his steps. But luckily for him, there are many sentimental people to vote for him. The future doesn't look bright. This tweet was made in 2022, and it sadly looks like true.

lawani:Many junior officers that have spoken against stuffs like this have been arrested, court marshalled and dismissed. The officers in top don't really care because they are not the one going to the fronts and losing their comrades. Jobless people can be radicalized, therefore they can be freed? Do you think if someone goes into robbery or kidnapping because they were forced to, or because their mother needed urgent surgery, that would make the law forgive them if they are caught? Hmm Where do you think they got the 15 billion from if not politicians? You think a business man would use his money for that? Ask yourself why FG was able to catch Nnamdi Kanu all the way from London, kept Sunday Igboho in exile when they almost napped him in his home, made sure Simon Ekpa entered prison in Finland, but all of a sudden they can't catch or even disclose the identity of people sponsoring bandits? People that have freedom and work day and night fins it difficult to make 10 million, and some people that lives in the bush day and night have billions to have weapons? Bro think about it. But my pain is that Tinubu is also playing to their gallery which is very painful. If they have remained where they were, I wouldn't be bothered, but why come to South-West? If Tinubu with all his power cannot do something, please who will?

XtremeConsumer:DSS cannot track and prosecute the opposition that sponsors it? Since you know it's opposition, you think DSS wouldn't know too? Or you know more than DSS? Opposition is sponsoring terrorism? So, opposition released 700 terrorists? MAGIC?Have you bothered to check the names and the state of origin of those people that carried out the attack in owo? Please check. It's because they aren't Fulani. Guy, let me tell you. Asiwaju is playing politics, he doesn't want to get on Fulani nerves, and it's not good. I voted for him because of his capacity, not because he's my tribesman. I lost my nairaland account of over 8 years because I was banned for 12 months for engaging with an obedient in 2023, I had to create this new one, even though I haven't been very active. Tinubu still has time to keep politics aside and do the needful. Insecurity is increasing exponentially in SW, my heart aches when I saw those kids, and you are here preaching politics to me. I don't care about Sowore or anybody, but I'm sure I'm not voting Tinubu again if he doesn't do something before January next year. |
lawani:Do you know what it means to surrender on the fronts? It's just like saying an armed robber that was caught inside the bank because he ran out of ammo can be freed because there is no evidence? They weren't released because there wasn't evidence, they were released because they feigned repenatants, of which some of them have even gone back to the Forests. Again, it's not the army that releases them, it's a treasonable offence and can only be pardoned by the office of The President. So, buy your Logic is better to release terrorists to pose as danger to the public than to feed them with 2m per day? So 2m is too big for federal government to spend per day? Do you know it's Less than 2k dollars? Guy stop giving excuse, if you want to vote for Tinubu, vote for him just because he's Yoruba, but performance wise? He's not it. Tinubu released terrorists, even CIA said the government is complicit and you think you know better? Nigerian government didn't even deny it when Trump Twitted about their compliance with the insecurity. |
lawani:Those were terrorists that surrendered when they were cornered by the military during gunfight, and they got arrested. Which evidence are your looking for when they didn't deny being terrorists and were arrested on the fronts? I can see your are even defending the release of 700 terrorists just to defend Tinubu, and I'm here wasting my time. Just for you to know, I travelled past more than 5 states in 2022 just to vote for Tinubu. |
lawani:1)So, Tinubu as The GCFR what is stopping him from doing all that since 3 years? 2)You said the militants have the support of Northern politicians. But innocent Yorubas doesn't have the support of The President, who is also their brother. It's simply means Tinubu is doing eye service for the northern politicians? 3) why did Tinubu release 700 murderous terrorists, but haven't created state police? |
XtremeConsumer:Sowore will not release murderous 700 terrorists. By his antecedents, it's obvious he's not scared of the status quo. As a matter of fact, it just occurred to me that Tinubu has never condemned the crimes of these Fulanis, when Pa Fasoranti's daughter daughter was killed by Fulanis, what Tinubu asked was; 'Where are the cows? ". Okay, let's say he played politics with that so that he wouldn't jeopardize ambition by getting on the nerves of the Fulanis. Now, he's the president, and still doesn't want to do anything tangible. And mind you, it has not been like this since we were born, unless you were born in 2007, then I will have to just rest. |
XtremeConsumer:What will Sowore do differently? He will stop insecurity, at least Tinubu has shown he doesn't care. It's best for him to leave. If a Yoruba president can't protect us, then it's better for him to leave. To be honest with you, I'm not going to vote because I'm not even In the location I would be able to It's now obvious Tinubu is scared of attacking the Fulanis. I thought it's only Buhari that releases repentant terrorists, untill Tinubu released 700 repentant terrorists, what do you have to say about that? Come and tell the victims of insecurity in SW if they are not happy with the infrastructures in the SW, Infrastructures doesn't matter if lives are not protected. You are insensitive because you haven't been a victim or anyone close to you a victim of insecurity. Would a man whose house is burning leave his kids to be saving television? |
XtremeConsumer:Please tell me what we have benefited differently from other tribes because we have our own ruling? |
XtremeConsumer:I'm voting for Sowore. Egbon! Coastal road doesn't change anything concerning the troubling issues on ground. So why is Tinubu not fighting bandits and why has he not created state police? So I would rather have my person in Aso rock who doesn't care? Go and tell that to the Oyo victims. |
XtremeConsumer:One thing is certain, I'm not voting for Tinubu. And he doesn't love Yorubas neither does he protect us. What are you saying? Have you not been around? |
As a Yoruba man and someone who voted for Tinubu, not even on gun point shall I vote that failure come 2027! |
It's not. It will reduce the number of terrorists.. Tinubu knows what he's doing |
helinues:It's not only Tinubu that the burden of security rests on. The Governor can mobilize a State backed security outfit that can be deployed in most affected areas, but he's not doing it. |
Putindbutt:So it's not Northern Islamic terrorists that are inciting religious violence, but an innocent man reporting the Christian Genocide? That does not make sense. |
All these propaganda news just to discredit Tinubu's efforts won't amount to anything. We already know what they are up to. All of them go lule las las Tinubu till 2031 |
Tjra:I'm Yoruba, but the truth is that the guy actually condemned it. The first thing he said was "Good news" and that's commendation. I didn't see where he cheered them sha, even though he politicized it. But if you check it without bias, he's right. |
tesseract:They were asked not to, that self defence is taking laws into your own hands, that it's illegal, that they should allow Fulani kpai them in peace. |
helinues:It's not an opinion, it's a proven fact. |
mightyhaze:I'm not a zombie, if I were, I wouldn't make that comment. Check well you will know who zombies are. We are for better Nigeria. |

helinues:That guy has been supporting APC before you registered on this platform. I have been here quite long if not that Mods banned me for long and I deactivated. I'm a fanatic APC supporter, but you see this administration of Tinubu? Before God and man, Tinubu is not doing well. |
tundegan:Bro all these politicians are the Same, I don't want to say much. |
Let it remain peaceful, the truth is that Tinubu failed us. |
Tinubu failed me and majority of the people that did everything to vote for him |
Gerhards:Nobody hacked his account, i voted for Tinubu too. But the bottom line is that Tinubu is currently confused to be honest, Nigeria as a country is more complex than Just Lagos he did well. |
RichBoy247:I didn't for once think he would make 1 naira equal to 1$, who understands economy and thinks that way? Stop insulting yourself. Who told you its because of the love i have for him that made me vote for him? Since you voted him out of love, keep it to yourself then. My own is that Tinubu is disappointing, period. My father is an APC ward chairman, incase you think I'm not benefiting from his government, so keep your sermons to yourself. |
I regret voting for Tinubu. Worse president in the history of Nigeria |
i Voted Tinubu. Forget this Peter Obi this and that, what we want in a working country. Tinubu is not performing to expectation and that's the major concern, not the throwback of that Obi. And I'm sure that many people that voted for Asiwaju also feels the same. Things hard for people, forget politics. |
