This stopped making sense to these organizations so they refused to lend to Nigeria anymore, hence the need for Buhari to print money and borrow directly from countries with future oil production. If fuel subsidy returns, it won't be sustainable for long and would need to be removed again.

People will have reservoirs and warehouses, the poor people who think their lives were better with subsidy can be likened to the beggars who are satisfied with eating the crumbs that fall from the wealthy man's plate.
