Funny a thing I just watch a law officer stopping a truck driver in the US some 30minutes ago.
You need to see the professional way they use in handling such situations.
There was even times when the law enforcement officers were begging and cajoling the driver to put off the engine and come down.
The driver's hands was not seen and bcus of that they didn't move close to him bcus he might be holding a gun.
And since the engine was still running, they never attempted standing in front of the truck bcus the driver can move which he did more than twice. Everything was done professionally till they apprehend the man.
