Hello People, I have managed to read through your notes and designs for Bungalows in Nigeria and I must confess that I'm very impressed with the level of information passing round. May the lord continue to strengthen the bond within the forum (Amen)

I'm in the process of designing a bungalow on a standard plot on the Island in Lagos but have no clue whatsoever as to the cost of materials these days for a standard 4 bedroom, 3 x en-suite, 1 x living room plus a separate 2 bedroom, 1 x en suite, 1 x living room guest quarter's at the back of the main building.

Any design or cost pointers would be greatly appreciated.
